About the Practice

We provide accounting, taxation, payroll, company secretarial, financial advisory, due diligence and risk management services to organisations of every size — from owner-managed businesses to large corporate groups and entities with public reporting obligations — as well as non-profit organisations and high-net-worth individuals. Because a well-run finance function depends on the right tools, we also advise on accounting software and supply the computers and IT equipment our clients need to work effectively.

Our professionals are registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and with the South African Revenue Service as tax practitioners. That registration brings obligations — to a code of professional conduct, to continuing professional development and to independence and confidentiality — and our clients benefit from every one of them.

Above all, we are hands-on. Every engagement begins with a clear understanding of your business, its financial situation and its objectives, and the people who form that understanding are the people who do the work. For larger organisations that means IFRS-compliant reporting, group consolidations, multi-entity tax compliance and the internal audit and control reviews that boards and audit committees expect; for smaller ones it means the same rigour, applied proportionately.
